Program participation

• Merchant listings, offers, and rates are subject to review and approval.
• Merchants must provide accurate business information and lawful offer terms.
• Perk Nation may suspend or remove offers that violate policy, law, or partner rules.

Billing and compliance

Fees, promotional budgets, and settlement timing follow your signed merchant agreement. Merchants are responsible for required tax, licensing, and consumer-protection compliance.
